Helpdesk Support

Secure Agility have adopted a Helpdesk support system that provides a comprehensive platform to manage our clients IT networks and structures.

It allows Secure Agility to manage all communications with clients from a single point of contact. The Helpdesk Support System offers an integrated Request Management (Trouble ticketing) and Self Service Portal (enabling end user logins) allowing Secure Agility to effectively manage and support all clients as necessary and meet SLA requirements.

Project Management & Implementation

At Secure Agility we provide a responsive and informative technical structure and plan. All projects are effectively designed in order to achieve the greatest response from your environments, they are applied in a manner that is carefully executed and used to adapt to each environment. Secure Agility provides our clientele with a number of managed support and maintenance plans that are relative to your environments. Each plan varies from remote support assistance, network admin and security services as well as business continuity services – that are beneficial to your organisation.
